☆酒造りが終わりました☆
11月から始まった令和元年BYの酒造りが終わりました！
半年間無休での酒造りが終わり、ほっと一息です。
社長10代目、専務11代目と、他4名ですべての松みどりは醸されています。
岩手から住み込みで来てくれていた蔵人さんたちも帰りました。
半年間本当にお疲れ様でした！
また11月からよろしくお願いします。
ここからは、瓶詰めやラベル張り、出荷作業が主な仕事になってきます。
そして、今期の酒造りの振り返りや、来期の酒造りのレシピを練ったりしていきます。
☆ Brewing is over ☆
The sake brewing for the first year of Reiwa, which started in November, is over!
Sake brewing for half a year is over, so it’s a great relieve.
The 10th generation, the 11th generation, and the other 4 employees are all brewing MATSUMIDORI.
The brewers who came to live from Iwate also returned.
Thank you very much for half a year!
We look forward to working with you again in November.
From this point, the main tasks are bottling, labeling and shipping.
Then, we will look back on the sake brewing of the current period and think recipes for the sake brewing of the next season.
